Looking for a therapist can be a bit daunting. It can be difficult to know who would be a good fit. I work with adults 18 and over, and couples. I have over twenty years experience in private practice. If you are experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, or just a general dissatisfaction with life, it can be very helpful to work with someone to get back to feeling good again, or perhaps to feel good for the first time. In my practice, I especially enjoy working with issues particular to women. We often juggle so many roles and responsibilities. Letting go of self judgement and learning to appreciate you is an important step in the healing process. We have all been trained by life to be hard on ourselves. I have offices in Friendship and Gardiner.
