I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation and Sand Tray Therapy for a balance of calming, coping strategies and getting unstuck with your issues. I use Sand Tray Therapy,moving those issues stuck in your subconscious. In my experience, Sand Tray Therapy will move you through your issues in half the time it takes traditional talk therapy methods. Sand Tray is very powerful and often brings issues easily to the surface. My practice is centrally located on Hwy 65 and Hwy 10, making it easy access for Ramsey, Elk River, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Ham Lake, Andover, Fridley, etc.
