It is rewarding to hear patients say "They should teach this in school" and "I wish I would have taken this group,DBT, sooner" Teaching patients mindfulness skills, DBT, and Acceptance allows patients to thrive not merely survive. I am grateful to have joined Alabama Psychiatry and Counseling with Dr. Kahn.
