My experiences in the entertainment industry lead me to author Be-You-tiful to share my journey in obtaining a healthy self-image. Society's pressures on Body Image effect people in many different ways: depression, anxiety, self esteem, cutting, eating disorders, sexual promiscuity, teen pregnancy, substance abuse, relationship issues and more.
