I realize that the decision to seek counseling is not easy and I will try to make your first session as comfortable as possible. You will have a safe place to release feelings you may have been holding inside. My hope is that through our work together you will experience emotional healing, gain coping strategies, and complete counseling feeling stronger than when you began it. My passion is to help you heal from loss, anxiety and grief we experience when our life changes -whether the situation is happening right now or has happened in your past.
