My focus in practice is on children ages 5 to 11 and adults. I have worked with teens who are willing to enter into counseling services. My focus is anxiety and depression. I am focused on creating a welcoming environment and I offer several techniques so that you can find what is best to meet your goals. Anxiety and depression are common feelings that can easily spiral to make you feel out of control. Talking and finding realistic techniques can decrease symptoms. I am available for Saturday appointments.
