Many of my clients need help with self-esteem, ADHD, mother/daughter issues, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, blended-families, and relationship issues. I have years of experience with teenage girls and young college women. Step-parenting is an issue that causes stress and I can help you figure out where you fit in the blended family. Problems at school are often a result of other issues. Because every client is unique, my approach to therapy is based on the individual's need. We will work together to identify self-defeating patterns and determine changes that will lead to a more enriched and joyful life.
