I have over 15 years experience providing emotional and therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults. If you are feeling challenged, anxious, or stressed by a current life situation or relationship, or concerned about certain moods, thoughts, or feelings, counseling often helps to provide clarity, reassurance, and a way through. My goal is to work with you to find resolution, coping strategies, and increased well-being & peace of mind. I enjoy and have experience working with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. My office hours are flexible, and include weekends and evenings.
