We all experience roadblocks in life and problems become worse when we get stuck. I work with my clients to identify issues clearly and help them to create lasting change. Once this change occurs, problems will be seen as opportunities, rather than failures. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and help couples dealing with conflict, communication, intimacy and infidelity issues. Individual therapy for anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, abuse and addiction. Special interest working with women who have been victims of verbal, emotional or physical abuse. Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. 5 year volunteer Sexual Offense Services of Ramsey County. 2 1/2 years providing in home therapy to severely mentally ill clients. Specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, certified in Prepare/Enrich and Aggression Replacement Training.
