As your therapist, I help you recognize and release what issues get in your way. In a safe space I guide you to a compassionate and deeper understanding of the internal dynamics which play out in your personal patterns, including your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This greater awareness allows for solutions and the chance to live a more authentic, satisfying, and holistic life. I approach my practice from a place of compassion. The foundation of my work is Internal Family Systems, a mindfulness based, client centered methodology. I work with adults on issues, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, transitions, and diversity. I am also a trained Martha Beck Life Coach and a 200 Hour Kripalu Yoga Instructor.
