I have worked as a mental health counselor for the past twenty years in a variety of settings; my experience includes counseling persons who have experienced anxiety, depression and trauma. Over these past twenty years, I have been fortunate to have acquired many skills and experiences which I refer to as my "tool box". I believe that no single theory or approach has the "answers" to effectively treat and help you with the problems that you hope to address in counseling. My belief is that you have the answers to your problems, and we can work together to find healthy solutions. I am in the process of relocating from Maine to North Carolina within the next few months, and plan to be moved by January of 2016.
