Taking the steps to begin the journey in self-understanding, behavioral change, relationship management, family reconciliation, or dealing with every day stressors or other issues, can at times be quite challenging and unnerving. If you are reading this, I commend you for taking the first steps in healing. Whether you are in need of exploration or skill-building through psychotherapy, or diagnostic clarification or treatment recommendations through psychological testing, I look forward to taking this journey with you. I take a bio-psycho-social-faith approach to treatment and believe that all aspects of an individual are important and work together to maintain & resolve issues. My treatment approach is dependent upon your needs & capabilities and I draw from several therapeutic approaches to fit these needs and therapeutic goals. I currently provide individual, couple, and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I also provide neuropsychological evaluations, psychological evaluations, child custody and parenting evaluations, among other services.
