With over a decade of experience in mental health counseling, I provide individual and family therapy for an array of mental health disorders, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, OCD, family conflict and abuse, as well as eating disorders, peer conflict, and parenting issues. I bring an eclectic and thoughtful psychodynamic therapeutic approach to my practice, which includes a combination of orthodox and creative therapies.
