I coach new and expecting moms, women, and couples. I am a mom of 2, and a DONA International certified doula, a postpartum coach, and a teacher. I am here to listen and work through your questions, celebrate with you in your joys. Motherhood is a journey, and I am here with you to discover it and deal with both the bumps in the road and the parts that you love the most. Whether its adjusting to your new role as a mom, finding community, transitioning in or out of work, we can work together to find what you need. My work with women, couples and moms brings me great joy. We work together to grow from there. I have worked with athletes, college students, women, couples, families, and children with special needs. I have been a career counselor, teacher, athlete, actor, writer, and improviser. As a mom myself, I can be of help to moms and moms-to-be!
