If you are struggling, you do not have to go it alone. For clients dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, loss, transition, or stagnation, therapy can help. I draw on various interests and techniques to fine-tune my approach for each client. We can work on resolving difficulties from the past while learning how to create more peace now. I listen empathically, and gently confront and challenge clients when they are ready. Therapy should be a safe environment where you can push yourself to explore new options.
