I often work with individuals or couples who have difficulty adjusting to a change in their life or find themselves "stuck" in patterns of behaviors or moods that disturbs them. I like to work with people's strengths to help make the changes they identify as needed. I have many years experience as a therapist working with emotional concerns, couples issues and addiction related concerns. I believe people have an amazing ability to heal from both past and present traumas. I have extensive training and experience in working with addiction related issues including family of origin addiction, your substance abuse concerns and the recovery process.
