I am a LSW counselor that believes in a holistic approach in helping you discover your best self, using mental health therapy, relaxation therapy, meditation, coaching, and other specialized wellness interventions, such as: EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique ), Reflexology, Polarity and Reiki. I have worked with Reiki for the last 20 years and other wellness intervention for the last 10 years. One of my goals as I returned to school to earn my degree in Social Work is to combine traditional approaches with my holistic training to guide other to reach a healthier lifestyle.
