I have enjoyed counseling in the Naples area for over 15 years working with children, adolescents/teens, adults and families. I strongly believe that the relationship and trust built between therapist and client is what leads to awareness and change. I partner with my clients to establish and work towards their personal goals. I have a special interest in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, medical/health issues, parenting, and stress management. Additionally, I have specialized training in the treatment of pediatric obesity and sport and exercise psychology. I have experience working with youth, high school, collegiate, adult amateur and professional athletes in sports such as golf, tennis, swimming, football, track & field and cycling.
