I offer mental health counseling services to address a variety of concerns in an individualized way. As a therapist I strive to develop trusting, positive relationships that encourage meaningful change to each individual client. Utilizing evidence-based modalities, we will focus on what is most important to you and/or your family and determine the best approach to address your needs. I work with individuals of all ages and specialized in understanding mental health challenges for children, adolescents, parents and family systems. In addition, I am trained in using play-based therapy when working with children, younger adolescents and families. I have experience supporting individuals affected by broad range of stressors and life transitions including trauma, chronic illness, hospitalizations, traumatic injury, anxiety, the death of a loved one, divorce, school-related issues, attachments issues, sudden family separation and parenting-related challenges.
