I provide a safe place for individual (child, adolescent, and adult), couple, and family issues to be processed using a solution-focused, goal oriented, collaborative approach. I believe there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy and clients finding happiness while regaining control of their lives and relationships, therefore I work from an individualized integrative therapeutic approach based on the needs of the client. As a veteran myself, I specialize in counseling the military population (to include transitioning from military to civilian life) as well as the civilian population. I also assist individuals experiencing PTSD, pre-marital and marital issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, women issues, substance abuse, self-esteem issues, and family issues. My individualized interventions lead clients to meeting and exceeding their goals through the use of dynamic systemic techniques that include a wholeness approach of the mind, body, and spirit using psycho-education, play therapy, group counseling, life coaching, and integrative therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
