I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience treating individuals, couples, family and groups. I use a mind-body-spirit approach when assessing and addressing presenting issues. It is my mission to help each individual navigate through major life transitions in way that fosters self-growth leading to self-compassion, patience, insight, and deep healing. I have helped numerous individuals suffering with depression, anxiety, mental health issues and with general life dissatisfaction. My therapeutic approaches are varied depending on what the issues are. I use a Cognitive, Mindfulness and Client-Centered approach. NLP techniques and hypnosis are utilize in my work.
