From my many years as a therapist, I appreciate each person as unique with many strengths and abilities that may become blocked in response to life's curveballs. Depression, loss, low self esteem, rejection, self doubt or major life adjustments can be difficult. In therapy, we work together to address your problem/ concerns and set goals towards building skills and connecting to inner resources. We work on lessening obstacles and confusions, in you, or in relationship to others.Your e-mail/call is an action which is an important first step to change. I work with depression, anxiety,identity issues, loss through death, divorce or life changes. I work with trauma and abuse survivors. I have extensive training in different therapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy with a psychodynamic base. My treatment approach is working collaboratively with you to best resolve your individual barriers. I work primarily with adults and adolescents. I do also work with school age and older children. I provide individual, couple and family work.
