I realize and appreciate how difficult it is to seek outside help when faced with life's challenges. I am dedicated to providing clients with a comfortable and non-judgmental environment. As a former educator, I have over ten years' experience working with adolescents, college students, and adults. My number one goal is to help clients discover their inner strength so that they can overcome whatever obstacles or challenges life throws their way. No one gets through life without experiencing pain, disappointment, frustration, etc. How we deal with these emotions determines what lies ahead for us. I offer evening and Saturday appointments.
