Therapy is an incredible tool for anyone searching to foster insight, growth, overall well-being, and change. It can be a frightening and intimidating journey, which is why my initial goal is to create a comfortable, empathetic, trusting, and collaborative relationship with you. I provide psychotherapy for adults, couples, and adolescents who are coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, grief, change of life, identity, and adjustment issues. I also provide supervision to social work professionals seeking hours towards clinical licensure. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and solution focused. I believe that incorporating qualities like honesty, humor, and candidness, can be beneficial both in developing the therapeutic connection and reaching goals. Ultimately, my therapeutic style is led by your needs. Some people may enjoy more directed or guided therapy while others want it to be less interactive. As we get to know one another we will work towards finding the style that feels most comfortable to you and will be most advantageous in reaching your goals.
