Well I am here to help you. The stress levels in your life have been too high for many months and you can feel the impact that the stress has on your health and your emotional well being. You don't like what it is doing to your relationships. It may have started with some event, such as a child leaving home, a divorce, pressure at work, a move, a loss of a close family member, financial issues, addiction issues, you may not know the exact cause, it may be an underlying cause of sadness or worry. Whatever the reason I am here to help guide you and find the answers within yourself. It is truly an amazing process! Life Coaching is based in the present, looking toward the future. It is founded on the premise that the past need not equal the future.
