After eight years of providing caring and professional counseling services to families, children, teens, and young adults from all walks of life here in Northwest Arkansas, I have developed a reality based approach to counseling that emphasizes self care, non-blaming language, and creativity. My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families find greater satisfaction and fulfillment through richer relationships, enhanced self-confidence, and a well-balanced life. I strive to provide quality support by working with clients to create a treatment plan that is tailored to meet each person's unique and individualized needs. Although I provide counseling for a wide variety of concerns, particular areas of focus include: women's issues (body image issues, postpartum transition/depression, empowerment/self-esteem); stress management; life transitions (retirement, job change, empty nest); medication adherence; grief and loss (death, relationship termination, miscarriage/infertility, job loss/change). I am truly passionate about my work, and feel honored to be a source of support to NWA individuals and families. Daytime, Evening, and Weekend Appointments available. BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, and QualChoice Insurances Accepted. Out of Network Cost = $200 initial evaluation, $150 per session **Sliding scale and Student Discount Available.
