Hello! I am a psychotherapist and have a great deal of experience treating clients with a variety of concerns. My strengths are being a good listener, being compassionate and validating, and possessing strong problem solving skills. I believe my strengths along with your desire to improve your life will result in a change for the better. I believe the healing combination of compassion, validation and change that I offer will help you. I have been trained in and practice DBT, EMDR, CBT and TF-CBT with adults, adolescents and children. I work with clients who have experienced sexual, emotional, verbal, and physical abuse and trauma, many times resulting in anxiety, depression and addiction. I also have experience working with complicated grief, and separation and divorce. Please know I have incorporated my own experiences as a therapy client into how I practice therapy.
