For close to 20 years I have been working to help individuals, couples and families find their path into healing and recovery. I work with children, teens, adults and elders who are looking to improve their sense of connection, communication, empowerment and healing in the challenges that create stress, conflict, isolation, and addiction. Together we can work to challenge defenses and patterns that create disconnect, dissatisfaction, and overall unhappiness - at school, work, relationships, home or in yourself. My specialties have been working with children, women, first responders and veterans. For most of my career I have specialized in helping children and adults heal from the impact of trauma. I work with people to begin finding their reconnection into the world despite the feelings of overwhelm and anxiety. I have extensive experience working with people looking to be in recovery from eating disorders, chemical and alcohol addictions, and process addictions.
