I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders and eating disorders. Treating women in a clinical setting for the past 8 years, has led me to develop a particular interest in women's health focused on fertility issues, pregnancy, postpartum depression/anxiety, pregnancy and body image, and adjusting to parenthood. I am passionate about helping my clients learn to take care of themselves, if that means learning to cope with pregnancy, motherhood, or recovery from an eating disorder or anxiety. My theoretical foundation is grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I tailor my treatment approach to best meet your needs. I provide treatment to individuals ages 18 and older.
