Taking the step to enter therapy can be a difficult decision. While many people feel weak when having to begin therapy, I see it as a strength. Being able to acknowledge that life has become overwhelming and extra support is needed, exhibits courage. Coming from a strengths based perspective, I believe everyone has the qualities to set and achieve goals and live a fulfilling life. Together we can develop effective coping skills to manage life's stressors. One of my most important goals is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to share your story. I specialize in working with women on a variety of women issues such as, fertility issues, divorce and separation, parenting issues, grief and loss and life transitions. There is parking available. I also have evenings and weekend appointments.
