I have been passionate about psychology since high school and it gives me great satisfaction being involved in the process of helping people facilitate changes in their lives needed to help them grow. With over 20 years experience working in a variety of behavioral health settings, I recently decided to begin my own private practice. My practice includes individuals between the ages of 4 and 65. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, college-age students and women. I primarily utilize play therapy with younger children and like to involve parents in the treatment as much as possible. In my work with teenagers, college students and women, I prefer to use a cognitive-behavioral and solution oriented approach to treatment. Common concerns include: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, school/work stressors and life transitions.. Dr. Carle graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 1993. She completed her residency in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
