I specialize with adults in their twenties and thirties who are looking to make changes personally and professionally, and may be feeling stuck. My approach to therapy is both practical and positive. Sometimes for the client that means helping them set achievable goals, or helping them recognize their strengths, but it always means meeting them where they are at emotionally, physically and spiritually. I believe in looking at the whole person and all aspects of their life, including relationships, work, health, & sexuality. I enjoy the journey with the client of discovering what truly makes them happy and how to get them there. I offer a holistic approach with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction. Implementing a workout regime, adjusting diet, and encouraging creative expression are some of the strategies I have used in the past. I have learned that the tiniest adjustment to a persons life can make the most impactful change. If cost is a concern (high deductible, no insurance, out of network plan), HWCA now has a supervised graduate intern available for $30 per session. Client appointments with her begin 9/11/15.
