Community Based Residential Care We serve Young Adults and Adolescents in their own homes meeting the specific individual needs of their immediate family situation utilizing our multi-level support resources for any intervention scenario, in the home, high school, college campus or community. Our interventions helping families avoid residential placement and our transition programs for post placement are quickly being adopted nationally by other social services who recognize the group home settings, wilderness programs and hospital/clinical treatment facilities struggle to meet the exiting needs of many families. The structure and safety we provide for individuals coming from any treatment setting, school, hospital or from their own home is specifically designed on a fundamental individualized level to meet their integral needs. We will not promote the idea that we are looking for a specific student, this in itself is a contradiction to the individualized concept and thus promotes again the standardized treatment of what are never the same needs for any family or individual. Campus Support for College and High School Offering support for public, private and K12 adolescent education we provide a balanced system of tutoring, physical activities, and therapeutic support catering to the needs of each family unit while focusing on the behavioral challenges that become roadblocks to your families everyday routine. If your adolescent or young adult is holding your family hostage emotionally, financially or physically making your routines uncomfortable, we will assist in the management of their schedule so you can have the quality time with the rest of your family, career or social time you desire. Young adults learning to live on their own are supported through our extensive mentoring therapeutic support system providing the essential social and life skills required to become productive members of your family and community. Providing services designed specific to the individual needs, learning/social deficits and promoting success through positive reinforcement we are the answer to transition, aftercare and long term community support. We are not limited to our small quaint college resort community of Coeur D'Alene Idaho, we also utilize our surrounding education services thus enabling you choices in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho when trying to decide on the education expectations and preferences for your unique situation. Crisis Intervention and Stabilization Utilizing skills most essential to safety/security we provide intervention in your home with your adolescent, young adult or in your young adults home. This provides a much needed resource prior to law enforcement involvement. Severe situations may require 24 hour ongoing safety/security for behaviors including substance abuse, self harm, threats of suicide, run risk, violent or acting out behaviors can be effectively managed with qualified team member's and well planned interventions before assessing the need for the use of more clinical or enforcement resources. For young adults we offer the choice of removing the individual from their home or yours for temporarily housing in a safe house or stabilization home. This provides another level of safety and security allowing the removal of audiences, unknown interference and limiting those involved in the deescalation period to immediate treatment intervention specialists and the individuals therapist. These steps are ground breaking, new to the concept of community based treatment and we are proud to offer these services to families trying to avoid trouble with the community, law enforcement or the use of residential treatment.
