Typically, they are unable to find solutions to the challenges they are facing and need help to regain stability, direction, and peace. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, EMDR trained therapist, and Doctoral Candidate with extensive specialized training, I am able to get to the heart of the matter quickly and provide the help my clients need. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, & families through trauma (PTSD & grief/loss); anxiety (phobias & OCD); depression; adolescent self-harm (cutting & eating disorders); homeschool challenges; neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, autism); self-esteem & life skills; pre-marital & marital counseling; sexual & intimacy issues; infertility, miscarriage, & adoption; separation, single/co-parenting; divorce & blended family challenges. For children & adolescents, my office has a dedicated playroom where I utilize play, art, & sandtray therapies. These therapy types enable children & adolescents to work through the issues they are facing & express what they typically have few words to explain. We are open Monday - Friday with morning, afternoon, & evening appointments available.
