I have over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, families and young adults. Divorce, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety and adjustment to change are just a few of the issues that can make an already tough time much more complicated. I use a psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approach to help my clients navigate these challenges and live a healthier, more authentic life.
