I have been a mental health professional for over 22 years. I am very experienced in treating children's emotional and behavioral issues using integrative play therapy. I enjoy helping adolescents navigate their often confusing and emotional journey toward adulthood. Parenting can be very challenging even in the best of circumstances; understanding each parent's perspective and teaching parenting and coping skills helps to find the path best suited for parents and their children. I help adult individuals explore the areas of their life that are or have been difficult to manage and may be inhibiting their growth.
