I see therapy as a collaborative process. My job is to help you identify areas of your life you would like to change and to assist you in changing it. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy which can help a person to be able to identify and challenge patterns of thinking which can keep a person stuck. I can assist you in figuring out those patterns and teach you how to change them.
