My success over the years stems largely from bringing "all of me" to each session, that is, my personal, clinical, and scientific backgrounds all come into play. I work collaboratively with clients to establish clear goals and specific plans for achieving them. You will find a safe, therapeutic environment where the distressing and challenging aspects of life can be faced in a way that fosters mastery over the problem area(s) as well as growth, wholeness, and well-being. I have developed and maintained successful full time practices in Nebraska and Ohio while remaining extensively involved in university research and teaching.
