Healing from depression, anxiety, grief, pain, and anger is a process and we all need more effective tools and objective feedback from time to time as we face our problems. It would be my privelege to work with you during these times. Learn to make healthier choices, explore how you impact others, acquire a new style of relating, increase intimacy. Learn to take responsibility for what is happening in your life, increase confidence, heal childhood wounds, assert yourself, set boundaries, resolve trauma and learn to love yourself and others. Learn to forgive yourself and others. Find the meaning in life. I engage people to help themselves by sharing tools to help in the growth process, by teaching skills necessary to create connection with others and to have a greater sense of self. With a masters degree from Washington University, I focus on abuse and trauma, specializing in marital and family therapy.
