My specialties are working with families of divorce and conflict along with working with adolescents and their families when they are experiencing life's changes. Surviving in today's times with the ever changing dynamics of family life complicated with societal influences can be challenging much of the time. I have worked with high risk youth and their families involved in the criminal justice system as well as I am a practicing Guardian ad Litem. I am passionate about helping families through the difficult times in their lives. I have training working with adolescents and families involved in high conflict situations. I work with clients of most any age if it is determined that the client and I are a good match and the issue of need is one that I can be of help with. A consultation may be offered for this. The therapeutic approach used will be carefully determined based on each individual client's needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy with a strengths based approach are often modalities used in my practice. The goal is always to stay focused and meet the clients goals in a reasonable time frame.
