Counseling is a process geared towards change. It is often times when we are most confused, angry, sad, or depressed, that we seek change. As a Christian Counselor, I believe change is always possible. We are always free to hope! As a counselor, I will help to guide you through this process. My counseling approach leans heavily towards, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Object Relations Theory (ORT). I have completed the Level One training of Rational Living Therapy.
