I started mental Heath counseling in 2012. I work with children 6-12 years old and adults. I enjoy helping individuals and have a passion for my work. Some of the conditions I can help with are depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, grief work and stressful life events. In my work with children, I have had advanced training in conduct problems, trauma, anxiety and depression. I have had experience working with families to improve the home environment. I have been trained as a MATCH therapist. I have advanced training in working with LGBT individuals and use an eclectic approach to counseling. I believe in caring and supporting people through all the stages of their life. I have a compassionate, caring and gentle approach.
