My first treatment goal is to help you feel comfortable in our therapeutic relationship so that we can address the tough issues with which you are dealing. I hope to be able to help you better connect to yourself, your partner or your family as I believe strong relationships are the foundation of healing. Together, we will identify the root of the problem so you can begin healing at that point while learning healthy coping skills to maintain progress. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, individuals and families struggling with a variety of issues including; behavioral problems, ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, chronic pain/illness as well as general life stressors. I have advanced training in adoption related issues including; pre-adoption counseling, adoption adjustment, PTSD, Attachment Disorder. I moved to Boise from the Kansas City area with my husband and two children in 2005 and have been in private practice since 2006. I enjoy hiking, biking, reading and spending time with my family.
