Couple's counseling is my expertise. Marriage therapy requires specific training and education in the dynamics underlying relationships. I have been educated and trained by some of the experts in the field of marriage counseling. Relationships are complex, and I have a passion for understanding why we act and react as we do with others. I can help individuals and couples sort out the cycles in which they get stuck, help them gain insight and learn to interact in productive ways. I also work well with women and men who want to deal with anger, anxiety, depression, or feelings of low self-worth. I also work with adolescents dealing with stress or their unnamed feelings.I understand that each person and each situation is unique and deserves confidential, personalized attention.
