Are you concerned about your child or teen? Are anxiety, depression, relational issues and stress negatively impacting your life? Seeking help takes courage and strength. By working together, I can help relieve the pain by developing healthy coping skills, so you can enjoy life again. I find enjoyment in working with young people and their families, as well as individual adults and couples. I believe it is imperative to build a relationship with clients, which will provide a collaborative effort to help improve their lives. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help promote change. When necessary, I will work collaboratively with your or your child's school, family physicians, and pyschiatrists.
