I am a Certified Life Coach to females ages 11 - 29. In my sessions, I offer clients a powerful interaction that fosters within each girl a deepened self-awareness and self-understanding. She will also learn tangible tools that can help her overcome her challenges, embrace herself and achieve her goals. Some of my specialties include helping with academic and social anxiety, organization, negative feelings about self, choices around dating/sex/break-ups, formation of healthy personal boundaries, decision-making around the future, formation of life goals, improved communication and development of increased sense of personal responsibility. As a teenager, I had no one to talk to about the complicated situations I was facing. After 16+ years volunteering with students, I decided I would become the Life Coach I needed years ago. Life Coaching is a proactive and positive way to see girls become their best. Though my main work is with students, I also work with parents to help them have a better understanding of their daughter's needs. I conduct sessions in local coffee shops, by Skype and telephone. I also conduct workshops in schools, churches and travel for special events.
