I provide individual and couple therapy to adults and adolescents with a variety of personal and relationship issues. These include adjustment disorders, depression and mood conditions, eating disorders, anxiety, self-esteem problems, career issues, gay/lesbian issues, relationship and marital issues, loss/bereavement, separation/divorce/transitions, women's issues, and trauma. My style is interactive and collaborative. My goal is to provide an accepting environment where people can explore and resolve the difficulties bringing them to therapy while increasing awareness and understanding of contributing and underlying issues. Additionally to help people increase personal fulfillment and satisfaction with relationships with others. In addition to providing therapy, I also supervise therapists, therapists-in-training, and graduate students in psychology.
