I am a clinical psychologist who is well trained to work with a variety of problems in a holistic way. My goal is always to help clients overcome difficulties that are preventing them from having the best possible quality of life. I have over 20 years experience and provide therapy for adults, children, teens, college-age adolescents, and post-partum women. I integrate various treatment approaches in order to promote balance and growth. In addition, I have received alot of specialized training to work with specific disorders. My office is easily accessed from I-264 and Rte 42. I assume that while life circumstances may cause disruptions in our well-being, there are natural forces within us that can be harnessed in order to return to health. Please see my website for more information about my approach to therapy. I have 20 years experience working with depression, anxiety, postpartum depression, eating disorders, sexual abuse and other forms of trauma. My clinical approaches include Internal Family Systems (Level 1 and 2 trained), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1 trained), EMDR (part 1 and 2), Brainspotting (phase 1 and 2), and Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy DNMS (part 1)
