I specialize in working with adolescent, teen and college age males and females. This often includes family counseling as well as marital counseling. I am very skilled at treating a variety of mental health issues but focus most often on depression, anxiety, ADHD, and oppositional defiant disorder. My style involves a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I am very good a putting together a working team of professionals for any clients that may need Medication Management, EMDR, neuro-psychological testing or other specialized treatment. I also work as a life coach. This approach incorporates what is right with a client, rather than what is wrong. Life coaching enables one to identify their strengths and interests which can help steer a client toward specific actions and goals that they will lead toward success and satisfaction.
