In order to grow and thrive in life, we all need a sense of feeling understood and enlivened within ourselves, in relationships and in community. I offer a present-centered approach for individual adults, children, parents, families and couples who seek to make change, heal from past trauma, move and transform through grief and losses, and improve interpersonal skills. I draw from several modalities: relational-developmental, experiential, body-centered, mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, sensory-somatic, and movement. I have training and practice in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety through EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, integrative restoration, expressive-arts, sensori-based movement, and other social-emotional modalities.
